Estevan police arrested three people in separate incidents on March 12. involving court order breaches and an assault at St. Joseph’s Hospital.
Police responded to a call at St. Joseph’s Hospital for a report of an unruly patient. A 45-year-old Estevan woman was arrested for assaulting a nurse. She was later released and will appear in Estevan provincial court at a later date.
A 23-year-old Estevan man was found to be breaching his court-ordered conditions. He was intoxicated at the time and was arrested and lodged in cells for the night. He will be released when sober and will appear in Estevan provincial court at a later date to face a charge of breaching conditions.
An Estevan police officer arrested a 38-year-old Estevan man for breaching a no-contact condition of his release. He was lodged in cells and later released with a new court date in Estevan provincial court.
