Foothills Country Hospice sets $80,000 for 9th annual Hike for Hospice

The Foothills Country Hospice is gearing up for one of its biggest events of the year.

The 9th annual "Hike for Hospice Hustle" is coming up on May 4, and there are a few options for prospective hikers.

All walks and runs start and end at the Arts & Learning Campus with 2k and 5k walks, and 5k and 10k runs.

Both walking routes will follow paved paths, which will be friendly for wheelchairs and strollers as well as dogs.

Runners and walkers can register individually or as part of a group.

The hospice has set a fundraising goal of $80,000 this year.

Registrations are being accepted until May 1.
