The following Awards were presented during yesterday's Awards Concert, March 23, 2025:
The Most Promising Vocal Performer scholarship, 12 yrs & under is donated by Boissevain Lions Club.
- This year the adjudicator selected: Mia Wetstein
The Most Promising Vocal Performer scholarship, 18 yrs & under is donated by Killarney-Turtle Mountain Municipality.
- This year the adjudicator selected: Joel Lovett
This year the adjudicator selected TWO Most Promising Performers in the Beginner Piano category. Both scholarships are donated by Boissevain Plumbing.
- One scholarship goes to: Grace Adams
- The other scholarship selected by the adjudicator for the Beginner category goes to: Dean Guenther
The scholarship for Most Promising Performer in Piano, Grades 1-2 is donated by Lewis & Jones.
- This year the adjudicator selected: Genevieve Kennedy
The scholarship for Most Promising Performer in the Intermediate Piano category, Grades 3-6 is donated by Killarney Carpet Warehouse.
- This year the adjudicator selected: Lilia Plett
The scholarship for Most Promising Performer in Senior Piano, Grades 7 & up is donated in Memory of Doreen Noble, a former piano teacher in Boissevain.
- This year the adjudicator selected: Violet Sawatsky
The Boissevain Festival of the Arts awards a scholarship annually from applications submitted by Festival participants, ages 12 & up.
- This year the scholarship goes to: Lily Groening
The Rose Bowl for excellence in Vocal is donated by Ben & Ellen Martens and the accompanying Scholarship is donated by Pete & Ruth Unrau.
- This year the adjudicator selected: Zac McKenzie
The Tudor Bowl for excellence in Piano is donated by Boundary Coop and the accompanying Scholarship is donated by Armstrong Seeds.
- This year the adjudicator selected: Owen Raes
The Boissevain Festival of the Arts Awards Concert will air Sunday, March 30th at 2pm on CJRB Radio 1220.
