A snowfall warning has ended for Ponoka County Wetaskiwin County, and Clearwater County.
Snowfall was expected to slowly taper off today.
Storm total snowfall accumulations were expected to range from 15 to 35 cm.
Surfaces such as highways, roads, walkways and parking lots could be difficult to navigate due to snow. Poor weather conditions could cause transportation delays.

Environment Canada issued a snowfall warning for parts of Central Alberta.
The snowfall warning was in effect for Ponoka County, Wetaskiwin County, and Clearwater County.
A long period of snowfall with total amounts of 10 to 20 cm was expected.
Some areas could receive as much as 30 cm by Friday morning.
Snow was expected to intensify throughout the day on Thursday, and continue to be heavy at times through the evening.
Periods of lighter snow continued through Friday.
Total snowfall accumulations varied.
Visibility could be suddenly reduced at times in heavy snow. Drivers were reminded to prepare for quickly changing and deteriorating travel conditions.
