Around the Humboldt area, motorists should expect reduced visibility conditions with swirling and drifting snow.
A snowfall warning has been issued as we could up 10 cm of snow today. An east wind gusting between 50-70 km/h will create blowing snow conditions into the evening.
The wind is expected to decrease to 30-50km/h overnight with snowfall forecasted to continue into Friday.
A cold front is expected to settle in for the weekend, with temperatures possibly dropping to –20°C.
Saskatchewan RCMP asks the public not to call 911 for an update on road conditions as that number is reserved for emergencies.
