STARS air ambulance is hosting a two-day radiothon, presented by BHP, on April 1 and 2.

The 'Critical Care on the Air' radiothon will be shared locally on FM radio stations 99.7 Sun Country in High River and in Okotoks on The Eagle 100.9.

Join us in the mornings and afternoons on Tuesday, April 1 and Wednesday, April 2, for some amazing stories and opportunities for you to donate and support the lifesaving work the STARS team does, especially in Southern Alberta.

See and read about five 2025 STARS VIPS (Very Important Patients), and their amazing stories of recovery thanks to the care from STARS.

STARS is celebrating its 40th year in 2025, and the only way staff can do what they do is from private donations.

They have a world-class facility in Calgary where they were founded and continue to save lives across Alberta.

It has been so successful over the last four decades that they have expanded to other provinces.

You can donate now or call the Viterra Hotline at 1-877-507-8277 on April 1st and 2nd.
