Breach of Peace

On March 31st at 1:30AM Police were called to a business at 2800 Victoria Ave for the report of a male, who was causing a disturbance by smoking inside the business and refused to leave. Police located a 45-year-old male, who was found to be the issue.  He was lodged at BPS Detention Unit to prevent continuation of the offence.

Breach of Peace

On March 30th at 12:30PM Police responded to a report of a disturbance and theft at the 7th Street Health Access Centre. Upon arrival, Police located and arrested a 27-year-old male in connection with the incident. The suspect was taken into custody and held in detention. The stolen items were recovered and returned to their owner.

Arrest Warrant

On March 30th at 4:20PM Police located 49-year-old male on Riverside Discovery Centre bike pass. He was arrested on the strength of his endorsed Warrant of Arrest. He was released via Appearance Notice with a court date of April 28th, 2025.

Intoxicated Persons Detention Act

On March 30th at 6:15PM police responded to a report of a male laying on the sidewalk in the 1200 block of Pacific Avenue.  Police located and apprehended a 35-year-old male, who was in a highly intoxicated state. He was lodged at BPS Detention Unit until sober.

Arrest Warrant

On March 30th at 9:30PM Police located 35-year-old female outside a residence at 1900 Block Queens Avenue. She was arrested on the strength of an endorsed warrant. She was released on an Appearance Notice with a court date of April 28th, 2025.
