0738 Hours – Theft under $5000 – 500 Block 1st Ave NW – Subject stole multiple items from a local gas station. The incident is under investigation.

0844 Hours – Driving – Erratic – The complainant states that the night before a motorist was driving erratically on their property. Video evidence is to be obtained for police to identify the driver.

0915 Hours – MVA Injury – A rolling vehicle struck an individual. The individual was taken to hospital by EMS.

0935 Hours – Parking Bylaw – A vehicle with a flat tire was parked on the street for three months. The registered owner was contacted by police and will move the vehicle.

0954 Hours – Community Services Project – School tour of the police station.

1004 Hours – Unwanted Guest – The subject was asked to leave a business and wouldn’t leave. The police attended and the subject left upon arrival.

1103 Hours – Fraud – The complainant was de-frauded approximately $6400 through the grandparent scam. The subject came to the complainant’s home to collect the money. The subject was located and charged with Fraud.

1233 Hours – A structure on the complainant’s property was broken into. The incident was reported for informational purposes. Extra patrols were requested.

1245 Hours – Fraud – The complainant’s email account was hacked. The incident was reported for informational purposes. The complainant was not de-frauded any money.

1258 Hours – MVA Over – A motorist crashed into a building. There was approximately $80,000 in damage, no injuries, and one vehicle was towed.

1323 Hours – Disturbance – An individual was causing a disturbance inside a local business. Police responded and escorted the subject off the property.

1412 Hours – Suspicious Occurrence – The complainant believes that suspicious activity is occurring at their neighbour’s house. Advice was given by the police on how to proceed if the suspicious activity continues to occur.

1619 Hours – Driving – Dangerously – A motorist was excessively speeding when exiting from Highway #1. The police will speak with the registered owner.

1625 Hours – Parking Bylaw – A vehicle has been parked on the street for more than two months and has two flat tires. The registered owner was spoken to and will move the vehicle.

1653 Hours – Vehicle Seizure – The vehicle was issued a three-day impound and one ticket.

1722 Hours – Break and Enter – The complainant’s vacant home was broken into. Police responded and there was no one inside and no damage. The complainant will board up the home.

2235 Hours – Curfew Check – Subject wasn’t home. Police arrested the subject and was taken home.

2345 Hours – Suspicious Person – The complainant stated that someone was in their backyard. The individual was gone on police arrival.

0531 Hours – Suspicious Occurrence – A parking meter was in a garbage can. Police responded and contacted the City of Moose Jaw.
