Arrest Warrant
On April 3rd at 8:10AM Police were dispatched to the 1800 block of Lorne Avenue for a female walking into traffic. A 49-year-old female was located and found to have an RCMP endorsed Warrant for Arrest (Failure to Comply Probation). She was arrested and brought to Brandon Police Service (BPS) where fingerprints were taken. She was later released on an Appearance Notice with a court date of May 16th, 2025.
Arrest Warrant
On April 3rd at 12:54PM a persons check was conducted in the 600 block of Rosser Avenue. A 34-year-old male was found to have an endorsed Warrant for Arrest. He was arrested, transported to BPS for fingerprints, and released on an Appearance Notice with a court date of May 1st, 2025.
IPDA (Intoxicated Persons Detention Act)
On April 3rd at 9:27PM Police were called to a report of a female attempting to kick in the door of a business in the 200 block of 10th Street. Upon arrival they located an 18-year-old female who was highly intoxicated. She was medically cleared and held in detention cells at Brandon Police Service (BPS) to prevent further issues.
IPDA
On April 3rd at 11:04PM Police were called to a home in the 1500 block of Stickney Avenue. A mother reported her intoxicated 30-year-old daughter is banging on the door and she would like her removed. Police attended an additional address with the female in hopes to turn the woman over to family, but with failed attempts she was taken to BPS and held in detention cells. She will be released when sober.
Arrest Warrant / New Charge
On April 3rd at 11:46PM a pedestrian check was conducted in the 700 block of Princess Avenue. It was found that the sober 30-year-old female had an unendorsed BPS Warrant of Arrest (Breach of Release Order) as well as she was in violation of a current Release Order curfew. She was arrested and held for court in the morning on April 4th, 2025.
Breach of Release Order
On April 4th at 3:55AM it was reported that a man was sitting in a vehicle that was not his and his removal was requested. Police attended and located the 46-year-old male. It was found the male had a Release Order curfew of which he was breaching. He was arrested and held for court in the morning on April 4th, 2025.
