We've made it. A string of temperatures that are actually going to stay warm, above zero and sunny. So, if you haven't already fired up the BBQ, this is the weekend to do so!
Now, there have been many a winter where I will still BBQ outside(not when it's -40, of course. I'm not insane), but this winter was an exception. The amount of snow that built up on my deck, I would have needed a dogsled team to come find me, if I even made it to the BBQ.
But with a Saturday and a Sunday expected to be in the double digits on the plus side, and lot of sun, I think it's fine time to break out tongs(tongs...it's not warm enough to put an h in that word yet), grad some steaks and let the grill do the work. Now, if you choose to have a BBQ with friends over, please do remember there is always a requirement for one guest to be standing over your should while you flip burgers/rotate hot dogs or sausages that enjoys mowing the lawn, music by Jimmy Buffet and frequently says phrases such as "Those are looking good" and "Give it a flip right there." With those things in tact, your BBQ can't go wrong!
