Rural Municipalities across Saskatchewan could soon be sharing a website format.
"We were invited to be part of a pilot project with SARM in developing a website format that would be available to all of the RMs," said RM of Swift Current Reeve Ramona Dyck. "It would be a structure that would help us to have more of a unified look."
The RMs are working with a company called OurSask to facilitate a pilot project.
Dyck feels a template like that would provide consistent, fluid, interactive, and user-friendly access to information.
"Just give more access to some of the smaller RMs to get their information out," the local Reeve said. "If we do put it all together, we can have more of an interactive website for all of the RMs."
Dyck noted they're always exploring ways to improve the effectiveness of their services.
