A series of sidewalk and concrete replacement projects being conducted by the City of Moose Jaw will require traffic restrictions in several locations this month.
Road closure signage and barricades will be present on 4th Avenue NW between Caribou Street and Ominica Street as contractors will begin work repairing concrete and sidewalks. North and southbound traffic will be impacted; however, intersections will remain open for those traveling east and west.
Additional repairs will be occuring on South Hill, with work beginning on Coteau Street W from 11th Avenue SW to 12th Avenue SW as well as on 16th Avenue SW from Coteau Street W to Vaughan Street. Those two projects will only necessitate lane restrictions.
The work is expected to last until April 21, weather permitting.
Residents are asked to remain outside the barricades and to follow all temporary signage for safety reasons.
Concerns can be voice by using the 'Report An Issue' function on the City's Website or through the free City app.
