The Estevan Mermaids Artistic Swimming Club brought home a wave of medals and top-10 finishes from a recent prairie competition, with athletes excelling in both individual and team events across multiple age categories.
In the 10U Limited category, Ciara Schell finished second, while Tylee Picton placed seventh and Laikynn Shier took ninth. In 12U Limited figures, Sophia Vibe came in sixth, Ella Biette was seventh, while Jillianne Velasquez, Ava Story and Brooklyn Saxon placed 15th, 17th and 19th, respectively.

In the Novice category, Eva Meyers finished fifth, Brinley Groenveld was sixth, Kayden Pukas seventh and Lexington Beaudry ninth. In Youth Limited figures, Lainey Halkyard earned third place and Ava Collomb came in fourth.
In the Youth (with exhibition) category, Rowyn Shier placed 10th, Sierra Mantei 16th, Ava Donison 22nd, Isabelle Pyra 25th, Mahaley Fonstad 29th and Rory Miller 38th.
In routine results, Rowyn Shier earned third in the Junior Free Solo, coached by Amber Mantei, while Sierra Mantei also placed third in the Junior Tech Solo, coached by Kelsey Potoma. In the Novice Duet, Lexington Beaudry and Eva Meyers finished second, coached by Amber Mantei.

The Youth Limited Duet saw Ava Collomb and Lainey Halkyard secure first place, coached by Tara Johns. The Junior Free Duet was won by Sarah Greening and Sarah Pyra, who placed first under the guidance of Amber Mantei.

In the 10U Limited Team event, Tylee Picton, Ciara Schell and Laikynn Shier finished second, coached by Amber Mantei. The 12U Limited Team of Ella Biette, Brooklyn Saxon, Ava Story, Sophia Vibe and Jillianne Velasquez placed first, coached by Kelsey Potoma.
The Youth Team—consisting of Ava Donison, Mahaley Fonstad, Brinley Groenveld, Sierra Mantei, Rory Miller, Isabelle Pyra, Kayden Pukas and Rowyn Shier—earned third place, coached by both Amber Mantei and Kelsey Potoma.
