Local courts, fields and ball diamonds will open for spring and summer action on April 25, depending on weather conditions.
The Town of Cochrane says tennis and pickleball courts will be ready for community use at several popular locations.
William Camden Park in Glenbow will offer two tennis courts, while Quigley Courts in East End features four pickleball courts and two tennis courts.
Over a dozen sports fields and ball diamonds will also be open for casual play across town.

Youth and adult sports leagues are already in full swing, so players are encouraged to check availability before heading out.
To guarantee a spot on a court or field, residents can book ahead by emailing parks@cochrane.ca.
Basketball enthusiasts can also shoot hoops at courts in Bow Meadows, Heritage and the Willows.
