Ready to be swept off your feet (and possibly into a cyclone)? Join Dorothy, Toto, and a trio of delightfully peculiar companions in The Wizard of Oz—a hilariously enchanted take on L. Frank "Please-don’t-call-me-Lyman" Baum’s beloved classic.
It's the opening night of St. Timothy High School's brilliant production of "The Wizard of Oz." The curtain time is 6 p.m.
There are encore performances ob May 5 and 6, both starting at 6:30 p.m. Tickets are $10 for adults and $5 for students.
Dorothy crashes into Oz—literally—snags some fabulous footwear, and embarks on an oddly specific quest with a brainless, heartless, and spineless dream team. Expect music, mayhem, questionable directions, and the occasional flying monkey (helmets optional).

Like most, if not all, St. Tim’s productions, the script was penned by drama teacher Kevin McGregor—or as the students like to say, it’s been thoroughly “McGregor-fied.”
Witty and hilarious, this script crackles with energy and is brought to life by a perfectly cast ensemble. It's a joyride for both kids and adults, delivering laughs and surprises at every turn.
The real challenge? Keeping the camera steady while laughing through half the scenes.
The sets dazzle with their clever simplicity, creating a world that’s as charming as it is imaginative. The flying monkeys' dancing, singing, and wisecracking antics deliver delightfully absurd comic relief. And when you finally meet the great and powerful Oz—prepare to be awestruck.
It’s a twister of talent you do not want to miss. See you somewhere over the rainbow!
