Jeffrey Charles Andrew Hall

Jeffrey Charles Andrew Hall of Humboldt, SK, passed away on Wednesday, April 23, 2025 at the age of 66.
Jeff is survived by his mother, Elizabeth “Betty” (nee Senko) Hall; sisters, Marge Lamontagne (Rene), and Denise Berezowecki (Reg); brother, Rod Hall (Marnie); niece, Gabrielle Lamontagne; nephews: Dylan Berezowecki, Tanner Hall, and Chase Hall; and by his aunts, Dianne Senko and Marguerite Senko. He was predeceased by his father, Harold “Sam” Hall; brother-in-law, Rene Lamontagne; uncles: William Senko, John Senko, Mike Senko, Cyril Senko, Steven Senko (in infancy), and Joe Syroteuk; aunts: Jean Senko, Mary Syroteuk, Mary Senko, and Mary Margaret Hall (in infancy); paternal grandparents, Rena and Charles Hall; and maternal grandparents, Anna and Andrew Senko.
Jeff was born to Harold and Elizabeth “Betty” (nee Senko) Hall on January 20, 1959, at St. Elizabeth’s Hospital in Humboldt and, like his father, was a lifelong resident. He graduated from Humboldt Collegiate in 1977 and then worked for Link Hardware and later for the CNR Engineering Forces in Humboldt.
In his youth, Jeff played minor hockey in Humboldt. He looked up to Glenn Hall and chose the goaltender position as well.
Jeff was always interested in music and had a great collection of records in pristine condition. With his high school friends, Jeff formed a band that played at school variety nights. Jeff was the drummer and would often practise at home in the middle of the dining room. Later, he liked to walk and would often pick up his mother’s mail and stop by for a short visit.

A Private Family Funeral Mass was offered at St. Augustine Roman Catholic Church, Humboldt, on Friday, May 9, 2025, at 1:30 p.m., celebrated by Fr. Colin Roy. Others taking part were: Chase Hall, cross bearer; Marge Lamontange and Gabrielle Lamontange, scripture readers; Tanner Hall, intentions; Chase Hall and Tanner Hall, gift bearers; Denise Germain, pianist; and Melanie Ramsay, soloist. Inurnment followed at St. Augustine Roman Catholic Cemetery.
