If you’re looking for a combination of visiting spot, bargain treasure trove and special lunch, there’s nowhere else to be this Saturday, May 10 other than the trunk sale at the Humboldt Legion Hall.
The vendors tables and parking spots have all filled up, so that means there are plenty of bargains to be had says Laureen King with the Humboldt Legion.
“We’re sold out again this year for our tailgate trunk sale. So, Saturday starting at 9 o’clock, you can come and check out all the vendors that have booked a spot and are selling their household and garage goods.”
Along with the traditional yard sale merch, there will be home baking on sale, and local artisans will have a variety of their wares on site. Add to the event a smokie on a bun lunch and you’ve got the makings of a great Saturday outing. Proceeds go to support the Humboldt Legion’s facilities and programming.
The weather looks to be fine, so if you’re in Humboldt this Saturday, plan for a stop by the Humboldt Legion for their annual trunk sale.
