The Holy Family Roman Catholic Separate School Division announced Britany Burnett as the incoming Chief Financial Officer on Tuesday.

Burnett has a distinguished educational background, with a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA) designation, as well as Certified General Accountant (CGA), and a Production Accounting Certificate. She also holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) with an Accounting Major and a Diploma in Accounting, equipping her with a deep understanding of financial management and strategic decision-making.

She comes to the role after working with Doane Grant Thornton as a Partner, where she honed expertise in financial analysis, reporting, operational oversight, and Canadian Public Sector Accounting Standards.

"I am truly honored and excited to step into the role of CFO for the Holy Family School Division. Supporting education through sound financial leadership is a privilege, and I am eager to collaborate with the incredible
team here to ensure lasting success for our students, colleagues, and community," shared Burnett

With her amassed and diversified training, tremendous experience in Public Accounting, and an outgoing and endearing personality, Holy Family stated in a press release that Burnett will be a wonderful addition to our divisional team.

Burnett will begin her new role July 2, 2025.
