The company works primarily in the Charleswood and Lindenwood areas of Winnipeg, but also takes clients throughout the city. They’ve been in business since 2010 as a family-owned and operated company. Currently owned by John and Jenna Scott, the company strives to install high-quality roofs in neighbourhoods across town.
Fifteen years ago, the company boasted two roofing crews. Today, they have five roofing crews, two exterior crews, and one service crew out and about.

On average, the roofing crews tackle 10 roofs per week. With the warming weather, these crews have already been hard at work for weeks.
“We are booking roofing projects fairly quickly,” Cameron shares. “So right now, we can get roofs done in about two to three weeks from the estimate and finalization of that paperwork. It’s a very quick and simple process.”
Once the form is submitted and entered into Charleswood Roofing and Exterior’s system, an estimator will contact you to set up an appointment to come by and get a firsthand look at the project. Cameron notes that, while most project requests are for roofs and reroofs, they are still getting requests for hail inspections from the large hailstorm that happened in May 2024.

“We've heard a lot of good feedback from our customers. Quick and simple process, especially with these insurance claims. We've helped provide information to adjusters to help claims along. So a lot of customers have said it’s been a very positive experience.”
