Tickets are on sale for just one more week for 'Bloom: Find Your Pink' event on Saturday, May 31st at 8:30 a.m. at the Weyburn Legion.
Organizers are calling it an empowering, transformative day designed to inspire, uplift, and motivate women at all stages of life. It's an opportunity to reconnect with your passions, explore new interests, and reignite your inner “pink”: a symbol of strength, vitality, and joy.
The event will feature a wide assortment of local businesses and presenters who are aiming to help women ‘find their pink’. The 32 presenters have stepped up to showcase their talents and their passions for women around Weyburn anything health and hobby for an opportunity for people in the Weyburn area to find their pink.
After all, community is at the core of this event.
“The day isn’t just about empowering women and finding your pink,” said committee member Danielle Knoll. “It’s also about highlighting all of these local business partners that we have. We’re really on this love local platform here and we really want people to have an opportunity to try something new or step into a business that they’ve never been before and realize how many things we have available right here in Weyburn.”
Included in the tickets are a morning meet and greet as well as two sessions in the morning by presenters, followed by lunch at the Legion featuring a presentation by Saskatchewan-based, impact leadership and skill development organization, RaiseHER on owning your power, confidence, imposter syndrome, and 'finding your why'. The afternoon will then feature two more sessions.
"It's truly about community. It’s about our community businesses. It’s about our community organizations. It’s about the citizens of the community. It’s just a collaboration of all of us together as one," shared Lindsee Michel.
