The Town of Nanton is inviting residents to a Community Open House to learn about local programs, projects, and initiatives.
Residents are encouraged to drop in, ask town council, staff, and municipal departments questions, and be a part of shaping the community.
“This is your chance to get the inside scoop on what’s happening behind the scenes in your community,” the town said in a social media post. “Talk directly with council and staff, ask questions, and hear about some big projects and decisions that affect all of us—now and in the future.”
Open House topics include the proposed waterline from High River, the future of recreational spaces, protective services, budget breakdowns, infrastructure maintenance, policies, bylaws, and the upcoming municipal election.
The open house is set for May 22 from 3 p.m. to 6 p.m. at Kozy Korner.
