The 16U Men's Humboldt Chaos Volleyball Club will be competing against the some of the best teams in Canada as a part of the Youth Nationals in Edmonton.
Today the Chaos Volleyball Club will be in action with three games, they will face the Barn Owls Volleyball Club from BC, then they will square off with the Jr. Gryphons from Ontario, before they wrap up the first day of action against the Fort Sask Sonic VC from Alberta.
Action continues through the weekend, wrapping up on Sunday.
For most of the members of the Chaos Volleyball Club, this trip to Edmonton will mark their first time competing against the country’s best.
A highlight for the squad this season includes them claiming the title at their home tournament.
The Chaos Volleyball Club finished 13th province and won bronze in the Division 2 provincials.
With a field of 128 teams at the Youth Nationals, the team from Humboldt is hopeful to finish in the middle of the pack, along with having fun and enjoying the experience in Edmonton.
