Milligan Drive will see intermittent lane closures over the course of a few months.
It's due to construction work between Visser Way and Northridge Drive, expected to be completed in September.
The project will be completed in two phases, with pathway and lane closures expected during that time along Milligan Drive near Veterans Way.
Drivers will already have noticed the closures, which started late last week.
