The Cochrane Aces U11 CMSA softball team delivered a dominant performance this weekend at the Leduc Jets Spring Classic, capping off an undefeated run with a gold medal victory on Sunday.
The Aces went a perfect 4-0 over the course of the tournament, showcasing strong teamwork, solid defense, and powerful hitting. Their championship win came in convincing fashion with a 10-2 triumph in the gold medal game.
Adding to their impressive showing, the Aces allowed the fewest runs of any team in the tournament, a testament to their disciplined defense and standout pitching.

This victory marks a major milestone for the young squad and sets a high bar for the rest of their season.
The team has three more tournaments before the city championships are held the first weekend in July. The Aces are in Okotoks on the June 6 weekend, followed by tournaments in Calgary and Three Hills the next two weekends.
