Forrest Frank has taken the Christian music and social media world by storm.

Frank recently appeared on The George Janko Show and gave fans an insight into what was happening when he wrote his hit song, "Your Way's Better."

"I was having a really hard day, honestly, I think I lusted on Instagram," Frank said on the podcast. "I was feeling really defeated about it and the weight of sin on me."

He then said he went on a drive, when something unexpected happened. "I was driving back into the neighbourhood. I had a prayer, and the words were, 'Lord, I need You now more than ever. Would You put my heart back together? I search the world until my head hurts, just to find out Your way's better.' It just came out of me. It came out with the melody."

After, he pulled out his phone and recorded it as a voice memo. "Then later, I was backstage last tour in San Diego, and produced the beat."

The song has garnered attention from the music world, after getting up to No. 62 spot on Billboard's Hot 100 chart after no Christian track made the list in 11 years.

Fans have resonated with the song and flood social media with a dance to the upbeat tune.
