You can snag yourself a sweet golfing package to 12 of the best golf courses throughout the southeast - while helping bring necessary MRI services to southeast Saskatchewan!
The “Golf the Southeast” raffle held by the St. Joseph's Hospital Foundation, which features a prize package of 12 donated golf experiences from communities across the region, will be drawn Wednesday at 12:30 p.m. at the hospital.
“This is something that was kind of the brainchild of some of my foundation hospital board members and committee members that are helping with the foundation doing the MRI fundraising,” said Lori Gervais, executive director of the St. Joseph’s Hospital Foundation.
The winner will receive all 12 golf packages, offering a summer of travel and tee times across the southeast.
“One person is going to win the entire prize package,” Gervais said. “They’re going to have a lot of golfing or a lot of time to spend with some friends and get out there and see the whole southeast. It’s pretty fantastic.”
Tickets are available online at sjhf.org until shortly before the draw. Prices are one for $20, three for $50, or eight for $100.
“You’ve only got another day and a half to get your tickets,” Gervais said.
The initiative follows a successful radiothon and is part of the foundation’s broader effort to bring MRI services to the region.
