The City of Estevan Water and Wastewater Division has announced that they have opened a new Bulk Water Fill Station is open as of Monday.
The station is located off of Highway 18, located on the Service Road south of Perkins Street. The new location includes features such as a designated queue area in front of the building, along with a turnaround space for larger vehicles down the road.
The City of Estevan posted a map of its location to help people find the new station. The City plans to add signage in the future to help people locate it as well as the nearby turnaround.
The relocation of the Bulk Water Fill Station will open up the location for larger trucks, with a larger fill line being added to reduce wait times. The new station also includes a four-inch line along with a two-inch reducer to help fill up smaller tanks. The City says users should expect up to 90 psi and eight liters per second on the two-inch line, and up to 22 liters per second on the four inch line.
