Winsome Kind is kicking off their summer with an all-ages album release show this Sunday, June 8 at 2 p.m. at the Carlyle Community Theatre — and they joined the SUN 102 Morning Show to spread the word.
Scott and Leora stopped by the studio to talk about their brand-new album Mantras for a Magical Lifeand also treated listeners to a couple of live songs, offering a taste of what’s to come.
The show features special guests, including father-son duo Porphyrios (SUN102 Host Daniel Espelien & his son Mavrik), and promises to be a fun, family-friendly event. Tickets are $30 at the door, or $25 in advance by e-transfer to winsomekindmusic@gmail.com, include name & # of tickets (kids get in free). Advance ticket buyers will also be entered to win a Winsome Kind music gift package.
This hometown stop marks the beginning of the duo’s Magical Tour, which includes dates across Saskatchewan, Alberta, and B.C. throughout the summer.
