Car fire at gas station near Trans-Canada & 16 intersection

All emergency services were on hand this afternoon (Wednesday, June 11th) at about 2 p.m. near the intersection of the Trans-Canada and Hwy 16. A blue SUV was on fire as black smoke rose into the sky in the back parking area of the local gas station. 

No information of injuries or causes are known at this time.

Black smoke from the blaze turned to white as the firefighters began extinguishing efforts.
