There is plenty for people to do in the Foothills this weekend, with fun for everyone.
While it will be warm this weekend, there is a chance we will be seeing showers, but that won't stop the fun this weekend.

Friday, June 13:
As part of this week's Nature Fridays event at the Environmental Education Centre, where young nature lovers will learn about birds from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.
The Okotoks United Soccer 8th annual Jamboree Tournament will be happening across sports fields in Okotoks.
There will be an All-ages Pride Dance held at the Crystal Shores Beach House, starting at 6:30 p.m.
As always, it's Youth Night at the Okotoks Rec Centre, where people aged 12 to 18 are able to head down to the Rec Centre and enjoy the gymnasium and pool until 10 p.m. and the Youth Centre until 11 p.m. for free.
Saturday, June 14:
As part of Pride month, the Foothills Pride Society will be celebrating with a Pride in the Park picnic from noon until 4 p.m. in George Lane Park in High River.
There is a Lion's Club Pancake Breakfast from 8 to 10 a.m. in the Eagle 100.9 parking lot. Town Council will be onsite flipping pancakes.
In the Sheep River Park in Okotoks, there is the Sheep River parkrun, starting at 9 a.m., where people can run, walk, or volunteer.
The Okotoks Parade and Children's Festival will be taking place from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. downtown and at Ethel Tucker Park.
The Okotoks Stingrays are competing in a swim meet all day at the Okotoks Rec Centre.
Over at Seaman Stadium, the Okotoks Dawgs will be taking on the Energy City Cactus Rats, with the first pitch being tossed at 7:05 p.m.

At the Okotoks Elks Club, they host meat draws and a perogy lunch every Saturday, with lunch being served at noon.
Sunday, June 15:
At Spruce Meadows, they will be hosting a Marvel- themes Father's Day event. As part of this event, they collaborated with Marvel to create an exclusive, limited-edition comic book set at Spruce Meadows.
The Westmount Professional Centre Parade Day Celebration will be happening from noon until 3 p.m., and there will be a live band, food, games, a bouncy castle, and more.
At the Best Western, there will be a Together We Rise & Shine Drag Brunch, which begins at 11 a.m.
