For drivers in Lacombe County, more paving work will be done for the next few weeks.
The following roads will be affected:
• Sunbreaker Cove (Range Rd 22) from the Boat Launch to Rainy Creek Road for 2.1 km, starting July 10.
• Sandy Point Access Road starting July 8, from Range Rd 11 to the “T” Intersection for 1.5 km, from the “T” Intersection to the Beach Access for 0.147 km from the “T intersection to the South Parking Lot.
• Meridian Road (Range Rd 10) & Brighton Beach Road from Hwy 12A to the east end of Brighton Beach Road for 2.2 km, starting July 6.
• Prentiss Road (Range Rd 260) from Hwy 597 to Lakeside Sargent Road for 6.6 km, starting July 2.
All work is expected to be completed by the second week of July (weather permitting). Work will include asphalt concrete pavement (EPS) and other work.
