Netflix has released first-look images from the second season of My Life With the Walter Boys, a coming-of-age series that was previously filmed near Airdrie.

Season one filming for the show took place at nine locations in the region, including several within short driving distance of Airdrie.

The returning cast includes Nikki Rodriguez as Jackie, Noah LaLonde as Cole, and Ashby Gentry as Alex — all featured in the newly released promotional stills shared by Netflix Canada's official account.

Previously, scenes closest to home were filmed in Crossfield on Railway Street and at Girletz Rodeo Ranch in Rocky View County. In Cochrane, filming occurred at the Cochrane RancheHouse and restaurant Fence & Post.

Additional locations included the Elbow River Launch in Kananaskis and multiple Calgary sites: Heritage Park Historical Village, the Southern Alberta Jubilee Auditorium, the University of Calgary, and Splitsville Glamorgan bowling alley.

My Life With the Walter Boys debuted in 2023 with 10 episodes. According to Netflix, Season 2 will debut later in 2025.

The series follows 15-year-old Jackie Howard, a Manhattan teenager who relocates to rural Colorado after a family tragedy. She moves in with her late mother’s best friend — a guardian raising 10 children — and finds herself navigating life between two very different Walter brothers.

According to a June 24 article published by Tudum, a Netflix-owned editorial outlet, filming for the new season has wrapped, while a May 14 article published by Tudum noted that Netflix has renewed My Life With the Walter Boys for a third season, expected to premiere in 2026.
