35-Year-Old Man Missing Since July 2 in West End

The Winnipeg Police Service is requesting the public’s assistance in locating a missing 35-year-old, Rustie Raquin.

Raquin was last seen on Wednesday, July 2, at 10:45 a.m. in the area of Portage Avenue and Sturgeon Road in Winnipeg.

Raquin is described as 5’6” in height, with a heavy build, short brown hair and brown eyes. Raquin was last seen wearing a black shirt, grey sweats and brown/black work boots.

The Winnipeg Police Service is concerned for Raquin's well-being and is asking anyone with any information regarding their whereabouts to contact the Winnipeg Police Service Missing Persons Unit at 204-986-6250.
