Sask Hockey has announced the camp lineup for the U16 Top 34 camp with a couple of local players making the list.

Defenceman Kohen Ruedig from Humboldt and Kash Elke from Lanigan were named to the camp.

The Top 34 camp is the last stage before the selection of the roster that will represent Team Saskatchewan at the WHL Cup in October.

Both Ruedig and Elke spent the past season with the U15 AA Humboldt Broncos. Reudig had 40 points (19G-21A) in 29 games while Elke had 66 points (33G-33A) in 29 games.

This season, the two players will move up to the Sask U18 AAA ranks, with Ruedig set to join the Swift Current AAA Legionnaires and Elke set to play with the Tisdale Trojans.
