Weyburn Firefighters continue supporting wildfire efforts

As part of a 10-to-12-day commitment from the Weyburn Fire Department to support wildfire efforts in northern Saskatchewan, Mike Hudson and Marc Schweitzer headed out Tuesday morning to join fellow WFD member Rob Jack in Beauval, where crews continue to support the Muskeg wildfire efforts.

After several days of dedicated work up north, Brydon Hnatiuk and Marlow Killian will make their way home today, passing the torch to Hudson and Schweitzer.

This wildfire season is a massive provincial and national effort.
