They scored 4 runs in the 6th inning and 3 more in the 7th and that's all they needed - the Regina Red Sox beat the Miller Express in Moose Jaw 7-4 last night.
Leadoff hitter Ian Montz did most of the damage, going 3 for 6 at the plate with 4 RBI. Meanwhile, Robert Estrada hit a home run for the Millers.
One other East Division team was in action last night - the Weyburn Beavers suffered an 11-8 loss in Medicine Hat and that's where the Millers will play tonight against the Mavericks.
The White Sox shaded the Jays 2-1 yesterday, snapping their 10-game winning streak and stopping the Jays just one win short of a franchise record 11 consecutive wins.
The Jays will travel to California today for a weekend set against the Athletics.
And the 4 and 0 Saskatchewan Roughriders have one more day of preparation as they get set to host the 3 and 1 Calgary Stampeders tomorrow night. Game time at Mosaic Stadium is 7 o'clock.
