Estevan police responded to several calls for service on Monday, including reports of disturbances and a false alarm.
Police received a report of a possible break-in at a residence on Valley Street, where a door appeared to have been kicked in. Officers attended and determined that no break and enter had occurred. The individual inside the home was permitted to be there.
A domestic disturbance was reported in the Hillside area. Police found that nothing criminal had occurred and mediated a temporary resolution, with one person leaving the residence for the night.
A second domestic disturbance was reported during the night shift, involving an intoxicated individual reportedly causing issues with family members. The situation was mediated, and no further concerns arose overnight.
Officers also responded to an alarm at a local business. It was determined to be a false alarm, with no signs of forced entry and no one located on scene.
Police assisted in keeping the peace at a residence in the Pleasantdale area as former spouses exchanged property. No issues were reported during the exchange.
Multiple condition checks were conducted on individuals under court-ordered conditions. All were found to be in compliance.
