Dozens of people attended the yard sale hosted by The Wave Church, 364 Furby Street, on Saturday morning.

The yard sale had clothing, footwear, and household items for sale. The sale was held to raise money for the Women Everywhere Conference, which is held by The Wave Church on a biannual basis.

The sale was volunteer-run and organized, and the items sold were donated.

"The items come from donations, and most of us volunteers are members of the church," said Josephine, a committee member of the Women Everywhere Conference.

The Women Everywhere Conference is community-focused and is open to both members of The Wave Church and the community.

"It is a conference for women in our community and surrounding churches, and anyone is invited," said Phoebe Pedrina, a worship member of the Women Everywhere Conference.

Volunteers continued to share how meaningful the conference is to them.

"Women Everywhere is a fellowship of women," shared Josephine.

Volunteers hope that women will be inspired at their upcoming conference in late September and fulfill the Great Commission in their individual lives.

"Our objective is to reach out to every woman to make sure they know they have a place in the Gospel," explained Claudine, a committee member of the Women Everywhere Conference.
