This week's Adorable Adoptables feature is as sweet as breakfast and twice as fun. Meet Pancakes, the energetic pup with a love for snacks and snuggles.
“She’s one and a half years old, a mixed breed, and a beautiful girl who loves adventuring,” says Robyn Roy, communications coordinator with the Cochrane & Area Humane Society.
Pancakes is full of bounce and personality. She’s smart, outgoing and always up for action, whether it’s hiking trails or solving dog puzzles.
“She’s very food motivated. She will do anything for it."
“We’ve had to put her on a slow feeder because she eats as fast as she can.”
This clever girl would do best in an active home where she can burn off energy and show off her smarts.
“She doesn’t bike, but she’ll run beside you while you do,” says Robyn. “She really loves her adventures.”
Pancakes is open to making furry friends, but like any good brunch date, she'd like a few meet-and-greets before deciding if they’re a good fit.
She’s also great with older, dog-savvy kids.
