From 37 cars to more than 130, the Grace Street Show and Shine continues to grow each year.

On Saturday, August 9, Grace Street will be blocked to vehicle traffic between 11th and 13th Avenue. If you have a classic car you want to show off, just drive up on the day of the event and pay the $20 registration fee. No pre-registration is required.

"We’ll have the gates open on 11th Ave. shortly after 8 a.m., and the show is set to begin at 10,” said Kyle Nicolay, member of the Grace Street Gentleman’s Car Club. “As a special feature this year, the Elks Club will be hosting a pancake breakfast starting at 8:30.”

Nicolay added that all funds raised from the Show and Shine will support the Moose Jaw Humane Society.

“Non-perishable food donations, which can be left at the entry gate, will be forwarded to the Moose Jaw and District Food Bank,” he added.

Along with the classic cars to check out, several vendors will be set up including Kona Ice, mini donuts, Cone Artist, and more.

More information on the Grace Street Gentleman’s Car Club can be found on their Facebook page.

Kyle Nicolay joined Calum McAnally on the Mix 103 Morning Show to talk about everything happening with the Grace Street Show and Shine. You can listen to the full conversation below.
