A portion of Highway 2A north of Okotoks will soon be closed for over a month for repairs.
Southbound lane closures will be in place from 338 Ave to just beyond 332 Ave while Alberta Transportation facilitates road repairs.
The work will include crack repair, asphalt overlay, and line painting, and will be conducted in the evenings between 6 p.m. and 7 a.m.
Similar work has caused closures on Deerfoot Trail near the southern edge of Calgary in the last few weeks.
The upcoming work is scheduled from Aug. 10 to Sept. 12.
Drivers are asked to watch for signage and flaggers during that time.
