We the family of Irene Guest, are saddened to announce her passing on July 29, 2025 in Weyburn, SK at the age of 92 years old. Her life was centered around her family, and she poured her heart into every moment spent caring for and supporting those she loved. She will be deeply missed by her children, grandchildren and great grandchildren.
Irene was predeceased by her husband, Earl Guest; her parents, Matilda Gertrude Slater and Joseph Alec Slater; brothers and sister: Melvin, Leonard, Albert, Dorothy, Norman; son, Dean Guest; grandchildren, Janis Guest and Michael Guest.
Irene is survived by her son, Wayne (Chris) Guest; Caroline Guest (daughter-in-law); son, Terry (Denise) Guest; daughter, Connie (George) Rivera; grand-children: Dana (Trevor) Schnepf, Mark Guest (Diana West), Tricia (Blaine) DeBruyne, Lisa (Matt) Garagan, Deanne Guest, Darcy (Katrina) Guest, Shaun (Hayley) Guest, Stephanie Guest; Alex (Sydney) Hradecky; great-grandchildren: Finley and Miller Schnepf; Kayden and Bryce DeBruyne; Levi and Jase Garagan; Jaxson, Fynn and Scarlette Guest; and Ryker Hradecky.
A Service of Remembrance for Irene will be held on Saturday, September 27, 2025 at 2:00 p.m. from the Grace United Church, 210 ~ 3rd Street N.E. Weyburn, SK with clergy, Reverend Trust. Interment will be held at Green Acres Memorial Gardens, Weyburn, SK. Fellowship and luncheon will follow at Upper Grace Hall, 210 ~ 3rd Street, Weyburn, SK.
