A emergency alert has gone out for those in the RM of Miry Creek.
The communities of Sceptre, Lemsford, Portreeve, Abbey, Lancer, and Shackleton are under advisory of possible tornado formations.
Evironment and Climate Change Canada said in an official release that meteorologists are tracking a severe thunderstorm that may produce a tornado.
If anyone sees a funnel cloud, they are advised to seek shelter.
