UPDATE:
On August 19, the Winnipeg Police Service arrested Mitchel Buckle on his outstanding warrant.
His court date has not yet been confirmed.

RCMP have issued a notice for a wanted man potentially in the Estevan area.
On August 2 at around 7:45 p.m., Estevan RCMP were making proactive patrols in Lampman.
While patrolling, officers observed a truck travelling very fast into a turn onto Main Street in Lampman. Officers activated their vehicle’s emergency equipment and tried to execute a traffic stop, as the truck did not stop. Instead, the truck fled the scene at high speed, passing by and ignoring marked traffic signs.
With the RCMP's investigation, they have charged 25-year-old Mitchel Buckle from the RM of Rockwood, MB with one count of flight from a peace officer and another count of dangerous operation of a motor vehicle.
A warrant has been issued for Buckle’s arrest as the Estevan RCMP continue their work to locate and arrest him. They ask members of the public to report sightings and information on his whereabouts.
Mitchel Buckle is described as:
- Height: 5’11”
- Weight: 180 lbs
- Eye colour: blue
- Hair colour and style: brown, buzz cut
- Tattoo of a female’s face with a mask on his upper right arm and a tattoo of a scythe on his left hand.
Mitchel Buckle is also wanted on additional warrants from Estevan Police Service and Winnipeg Police Service.
