Grizz determined to win second cup of season

Meanwhile, the Bow Valley Grizzlies Men’s Division 2 squad is heading to Banff to face the Bears in a rivalry showdown.

The Bears Cup is up for grabs—awarded to the winner of the regular season matchup between the two clubs. A win would give the Grizzlies their second trophy of the season, and both teams are expected to leave it all on the field for the coveted prize.

It’s the Grizzlies’ final game of the regular season in what has become a tight race for first overall. They head into the matchup with a 6-2 record, one point behind the league-leading Calgary Irish. The Banff Bears sit just two points back in third.
