August 9th Report: 

Warrant 

On 2025-08-08 at 1341 hrs, police conducted a pedestrian stop with a 30-year-old female in the 800 block of Rosser Avenue.  A check of police records revealed an outstanding warrant of arrest.  The accused was lodged to appear for court. 

Warrant 

On 2025-08-08 at 1424 hrs, police attended to a residence in the 300 block of Dennis Street for a report of an unwelcome 46-year-old female.  A check of police records revealed an outstanding warrant of arrest.  The accused has been released with conditions to appear in court 2025-09-04. 

Warrant 

On 2025-08-08 at 1847 hrs, police conducted a pedestrian stop with a 34-year-old female in the 700 block of 10th Street.  A check of police records revealed an outstanding warrant of arrest.  The accused has been released with conditions to appear in court on 2025-09-08. 

Intoxicated Person 

On 2025-08-09 at 0019 hrs, police attended to a business alarm in the 700 block of Rosser Avenue.  An intoxicated 31-year-old female was still at the location and determined to have been responsible for activating the building alarm sensors by kicking at the windows.  No damage was sustained to the building and the female was lodged at BPS until sober. 

Breach of Peace 

On 2025-08-09 at 0141 hrs, police attended to a hotel in the 900 block of Middelton Avenue as a guest was intoxicated and causing a disturbance.  A 26-year-old female was lodged until sober. 

Breach of Peace 

On 2025-08-09 at 0329 hrs, police responded to a residence in the 700 block of 9th Street as a male was intoxicated and causing a disturbance.  A 20-year-old male was lodged until sober. 

Intoxicated Person 

On 2025-08-09 at 0417 hrs, police responded to a residence in the 400 block of Assiniboine Avenue as an unwelcome male was intoxicated and refusing to leave.  A 35-year-old male was lodged until sober. 

Intoxicated Person 

On 2025-08-09 at 0552 hrs, police responded to the 1500 block of 26th Street for a report of a disturbance.  An intoxicated 37-year-old male was lodged until sober. 

 

August 10th Report: 

Alcohol Related Arrested 

Over the last 24 hours, six individuals were arrested and lodged until sober due to behavior related to the consumption of alcohol. 

  

Impaired Driving – Immediate Roadside Suspension 

Shortly after midnight, police conducted a traffic stop in the 2100 block of Park Ave.  The 22-year-old female driver provided samples of her breath that were over the legal limit.  She received a 90-day suspension of her driver’s license, and her vehicle was impounded. 

  

Theft Under $5000 

A 33-year-old female was observed on security footage stealing $250 worth in cosmetics from a business in the 900 block of Victoria Ave.  She was arrested in the 000 block of 10th street and later released to appear in court on October 16, 2025, on charges of Fail to Comply with Probation and Theft Under $5000. 

  

Possession of Cocaine 

Following a traffic stop in the 1000 block of Pacific Ave at 10:00 am, three individuals were arrested for Possession of Cocaine.  A 27-year-old female will appear in court today, and a 29-year-old male and 24-year-old male were released to appear in court on October 9, 2025.  

  

Assault 

A 29-year-old female, who was in custody at Brandon Police Service, received additional charges of Assault with a Weapon after she threw a phone, striking a commissioner following a phone call.  She was remanded into custody at BCC.
