Three Hills RCMP are investigating a residential break and enter.

On August 8, between the hours of 4:30 and 6:20 p.m., a suspect broke into a home in Three Hills (1 hour northeast of Airdrie) and stole assorted items from inside.

"The suspect had attended the residence prior to the break and enter and spoke with the homeowner. The suspect told the homeowner he could repair his trailer for a fee of $300. The suspect later returned when the homeowner was gone," shared the RCMP.

Police believe the suspect attended other residences in Three Hills and spoke with homeowners/tenants.

According to the RCMP, the suspect is described as:

  • Approximately 50 years old.
  • White, short hair.
  • He was wearing a grey sweater, a red shirt and blue jeans.
  • He was driving a newer model Ford F-150.

If you have any information that can further the investigation, please call Three Hills RCMP at 403-443-5539.
