The Rolling Barrage will make its way through Okotoks tomorrow (Aug. 13).
Each year, the procession of motorcycles rides across Canada from east to west as a fundraiser for PTSD support for veterans and first responders.
They departed from St. John's, Newfoundland, on July 28 and are set to finish the ride on August 16 in Princeton, British Columbia.
Okotoks is one of the last stops on the trip, with the procession riding down the hill on Veterans Way before stopping for the night.
The Okotoks leg of the trip has become a tradition, with volunteers from the Okotoks Rotary Club and Okotoks Scouts lining Veterans Way with Canadian flags for the occasion.
Residents gather along Veterans Way to greet the riders, including members of the local Royal Canadian Legion branch and first responders.
Okotoks Fire & Rescue creates an arch using two fire trucks, with a Canadian flag flown between the extended ladders.
The Rolling Barrage is expected to reach Okotoks at about 4:30 p.m.
After passing through Veterans Way, the group will host a reception at The George Traditional House.
