Summer Trick-or-Treaters have options this weekend

Regional parks in the area are getting ready to hand out candy and enjoy the creative costumes kids just love to wear, with Halloween in the Park happening at Nickle Lake Regional Park and the Trick or Treat event happening at Oungre Memorial Regional Park this Saturday.

The schedule has been released for everything happening at Nickle Lake, with a full day of events planned to get into the haunting spirit. 

Park Manager Darren Wheeler said the event has seen more than 400 children take part in previous years.
