It's becoming crunch time for the Moose Jaw AAA Warriors to find a few more billets before the season gets underway next month.
The AAA Warriors require up to three billets before the season begins, with the first exhibition game scheduled for September 10. General Manager, Jay-D Haughton said, "Our players start to return from their junior camps on September 1st, and it'll be all systems go with practices, and then our home opener will be September 24th."
One of the players has celiac disease and requires a gluten-free diet, making him an ideal match for a household already familiar with managing dietary restrictions. As Haughton shared, “To have this young man come into a home where someone is already celiac could make the transition a little easier.”
